Entry follows a defined admission and validation protocol solution alignment, evidence review, integrity screening, and fit-for-context assessment before placement in pillar-aligned zones. Engagement runs through a structured Learn → Prove → Convert adoption pipeline: solutions align to summit standards via a Solution Alignment Card, undergo scrutiny for integrity and performance credibility, and advance into adoption through the Deal Room, Bankability Clinic, and Policy-to-Procurement Lab, linking visibility directly to partnerships, pilots, and procurement pathways.

The Deal Room is a curated meeting platform for stakeholders actively engaged in financing, procuring, developing, or adopting solutions. Eligible participants include investors, DFIs, banks, insurers, utilities, off takers, corporates, project developers, validated solution providers, innovators, and leaders of community-based initiatives where solutions are adoption-ready and aligned with deployment requirements.
